The current activity of a company generates a large number of data underlying business decisions. Unstructured, this information represents nothing more then entire volumes of historical data. Processing the data with conventional means often requires an undue amount of work.

KeySoft TMS offers you the data managed with component modules, as structured and readily available information. The raw data entered into the system is transformed into useful information represented as both reports and graphs with multiple filter options.

KeySoft Business Inteligence allows multiple customizations (using only the configuration area), and report level access rights definition. In addition, each user can configure a dashboard according to their area of interest.

Multiple filter options can adjust the information display mode from individual to global. Examples of filters:

  • Manufacturer, product group, product or product line;
  • Customer portfolio, cutomer type or customer;
  • Period;
  • Top customers, top products;
  • Top increases/ decreases;
  • Salesperson;
  • Value, margin or quantity;
  • Location, etc.

Extended sets of graphs and reports, structured by areas of interest, will provide the information you need to make smarter decisions.

Sales Reports

Set of 67 graphs with multiple filtering options (by value, volume or margin, by sales agent, by location, per area, etc.) which provides all available results of the sales process. Examples:

  • Top “n” sold items;
  • Top increases/ decreases;
  • Consolidated sales per period;
  • Top Customers (by value, volume or margin) per period;
  • Sales by region per period;
  • Top salespersons, etc.


Inventory Reports

Set of 32 graphic reports with multiple filtering options to provide centralized information about existing inventory.

Purchase Reports

Set of 60 graphic reports with multiple filtering options to provide available results of the procurement process.


Often, in commercial contracts are clearly stipulated performance conditions for obtaining preferential commercial terms (preferential prices, discounts, rebate sites, awards, etc. …).

Using these reports you will know at any moment, what is the status of purchases or sales (monthly) for a certain group or product line, and you will be able to take appropiate decisions.

Economic and financial indicators

Built using a very friendly graphical interface, these financial and economic indicators are based on information found in the accounting general ledger.

The graphical definition interface can easily be used by any user of the application (based on access rights) for the definition of financial and economic indicators. Everything is done by selecting the accounts and defining the math operations that are using the accounts values. The software will automatically generate evolution reports and graphs based on your definitions.

You can define an unlimited number of financial indicators that provide overviews of the situation/evolution, as well as the company’s specific indicators that address only certain areas of activity (eg sales, payroll).

With the ability to segment the business into multiple parts (cost centers, projects, locations, etc.) economic and financial indicators may reflect the situation/ evolution of each defined segment.

By means of the access rights system, each of the managers can have instant access to information, enabling them to take specific decisions in order to improve results.

At any time, based on information regarding the company’s activity, the system will calculate each component of the indicator, which will be presented in both graphical and tabular form (the indicator evolution in time is also presented).

In addition, you can predefine the corresponding reports in answer to the requirements set forth at the corporate level.


A simple tool at your disposal to define the budgets for any time period (monthly, quarterly or annually). Budget execution data is extracted by the application from GL accounts (see KeySoft ERP).

At any time, a comparative report (tabular and graphical) of estimated and realized values is available.

The budget may be defined in any currency, and the comparison will be made through currency conversion historical rate.

Information on the budget situation can properly be made available to each department manager (cost center, etc.).


Forecasting attempts to predict the behavior of processes/variables based on historical data, and thus represents a key element in business planning (most business decisions are based, to some exten, on forecast).

Forecasting reports of utmost importance in business are: future demand and future prices of your company’s products.

The application offers you several ways to forecast so you can choose according to your specific activity. Setting the forecasting method can be made per product line or for each product separately (in which case the application will ignore the setting for product line). Adjusting sales forecasts can also be done manually.

The resulting data is displayed both graphically and tabulated. As specified by general theory, a meaningful historical set of data should be at least 2 years.


Based on the current situation (currently available in cashiers, banks) all primary documents that may affect the cashflow are taken into account:

  • Sales and Purchase Invoices;
  • Approved sales orders (optional);
  • Approved purchase orders (optional);
  • other operations that do not have a back supporting document (eg – payment of wages).

In addition, the application allows the definition and recording of any possible transaction with a potential impact on reserves, transactions that may be single or repetitive. These transactions, by their nature, are not found in primary documents.

Examples: wage payments, interest payments, potential revenues from the sale of unused assets, etc. The system provides information in both graphical and tabular form, and offers the possibility to track the evolution of both consolidated availabilities and availability per bank account.

Tabular information can be transferred, through a single click, in Microsoft Excel, providing complete flexibility in modeling any situation.

Standard KeySoft ERP functionalities allows the adjustment of the cashflow from case to case:

  • Estimating the time required for bank transfers (bank delays);
  • “Good for payment” specified for purchase invoices;
  • Change the estimated date for collection/ payment;
  • Reassignment collections/ payments to other accounts, etc.
