The HR (Human Resources) module helps managing the company employees: recruitment, personnel management, performance evaluation, training, wages (calculus).

Company Structure

It allows the definition of the departmental structure (organisational structure), and of the functional structure; Each position can be associated with a job description and set of capabilities required for the position in question. Capabilities are measurable and freely configurable (by the end user, as appropriate).

Staff Management

Provides information about employees (personal data and information related to the activity in the company); Of great importance are the employee’s capabilities (skills). These are brought into balance with the capabilities required by the job description.


You can define evaluation forms for each job role. The forms contain measurable evaluation criteria, broken into chapters.

In an evaluation session, the previously built by the Human Resources specialist forms are sent to evaluators flows for completion (requires license KeySoft DMS – flows for each of the evaluators). After completing the application computes a score which is compared with the minimum score, allowing the Human Resources specialist to get a picture of the employee’s current level;

Evaluation forms are automatically attached to the employee’s personal information.


Both the Human Resources department, and company employees can generate proposals for trainings.

  • Proposals should specify the desired capability to be improved for the specific employee;
  • These proposals are sent to approval flows. Proposals approved will be included in a training plan for a certain period;
  • According to the approved proposals, the company’s Human Resources specialist will seek to ensure the required courses. Bids came from those companies are sent to flows for approval.

Each course training will be approved and carried out automatically and will be attached to the employee’s personal information.


CVs involved in the recruitment process are entered into the application, along with their information:

  • Personal information and identification data;
  • Education;
  • Professional experience;
  • Previous schooling;
  • Foreign Languages;
  • References.

You can attach documents (eg CV scan, or other associated documents).

In the interviews and assessment tests, the Human Resources specialist will assess the candidate’s capabilities and can compare them with those required for the position for which the candidate applied, and can make a decision:

  • Acceptance of the candidate;
  • Refusal of the candidate;
  • CV transition to standby mode;
  • Change the job for which the candidate applied to another, closer to it’s capabilities.

Ease of search, the application providing selection buttons and bars that allow quick finding of any information about employees, depending on the desired criteria.

Records can be updated easily and quickly as needed, because some data fields, such as jobs and positions within the company (according to the organisational structure), departments, currencies, business models are predefined.

The generation of reports and accounting general ledger notes allows, at any time, easy assess to the activity performed by employees.
