The HR (Human Resources) module helps you to manage the unit employees: recruitment, personnel management, performance evaluation, training, wages (calculus).

Each position can be associated with a job description and set of capabilities required for the position in question. Capabilities are measurable and freely configurable (by the end user, as appropriate).
